About the Practitioner

My practice began at the ripe age of 4 years old, my first clients being my family who would have me step on their feet and backs. It was a natural progression once I realized I wanted a career where I could see the positive, direct effect I could have on those around me.

After graduating in 2003 from East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon, I traveled to Thailand to study Thai Yoga Massage, earning a 200-hour advanced certification.

Deciding that I wanted to deepen my anatomical and clinical knowledge to treat injuries, I studied Physiotherapy at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, Scotland, earning an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy, while maintaining a private practice, working with a chiropractor and at athletic events.

I returned to the U.S and from 2009 to 2013 worked for Psoas Massage & Bodywork, a well known San Francisco clinic focusing on injury recovery, sports massage and  medical massage. I've had the privilege of helping many clients reduce their pain, enhance their athletic performance and feel better.

Over the last 18 years, I underwent  extensive training in Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue,  Structural Integration, Sports and Medical Massage.  I continue to expand my skill set, exploring different modalities including Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Visceral Massage, Craniosacral Therapy and Osteopathy.
